A website for Lucky Dairy, a dairy business in Ilam. The first version (2024) was a React, TypeScript and Tailwind front end with an Express API. In 2026 I rebuilt it as a dependency-free editorial site with its own image pipeline.
Approach
The redesign is static HTML, CSS and a small script: reveals, parallax, a sticky stepper and product filters, with no framework. Photography is processed by Pillow scripts into WebP derivatives, with a warm colour grade where the originals needed it, and everything below the fold is lazy-loaded.
